*Shipments to countries shown in bold in the list below are sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are already covered. We guarantee that you will not be required to pay any additional charges when receiving your order.
*Shipments to countries shown underlined in the list below are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. These shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country, which shall always be the responsibility of the buyer. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to cover any such charges. If the shipment is refused, any return shipping costs and customs-related fees will be deducted from the refund once the returned goods have been received.

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be sent back in appropriate packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received. Items returned damaged, incomplete, worn, altered, or soiled due to customer handling will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or if we have made an error with the shipment.
