D elivery time
Once the order is placed, we prepare it in a maximum of 1-2 working days and we send it through a transport company, so that it arrives to you as soon as possible. Below, we detail the delivery times, once the shipment leaves our workshop:
Spain: 1-3 working days.
Balearic Islands: 1-4 working days.
Europe: 1-5 working days.
*Shipments to the UK and other non-EU European countries, as well as those to islands and remote addresses, may take a few days longer, due to customs control or transport difficulties beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by such external circumstances, but if you have any problem, you can write us and we will help you without any problem :)

The prices shown on the website do not include shipping costs. This amount, if applicable, will be indicated in the purchase summary before making the payment. These are our rates:

Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional taxes and duties, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. We undertake to make the necessary arrangements and prepare the necessary documentation for customs clearance.

Returns
In which cases will returns be accepted?
- If you want to exchange your item for another one.
- If you have changed your mind or you are not convinced by the products.
If the order has arrived incomplete/incorrect.
- If the order has arrived with defects or flaws.
We will only accept returns made within 14 calendar days of delivery of the order. The returned item must arrive in proper packaging, with no signs of having been used and in the same condition in which it was received.
Do I have to pay anything for returning the product?
All returns must be made and shipped by the buyer and the shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
If the exchange/return is due to a defect, breakage, defect or wrong/incomplete order, then we will take care of its collection and the payment of the return amount.
To make a return, you must follow the following procedure:
1. Log in to your account by entering your email address and the 6-digit password that you will receive in your email.
2. Go to your account and select the order for which you wish to create the return. 3. If your order has more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
4. Select a reason for return and add more information in the "Notes" section. Please be specific with the reason for return. We need it to be able to improve and to calculate the return shipping costs.
5. Click on "Request Return".
6.1 If the return is due to tare or damage and you live in Spain or Europe, we will send you an email with shipping instructions and a return label.
6.2 If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason beyond our control, then you must bear the shipping costs and send the package to us at the following address:
